I was a first time home buyer and you may think you know most things after extensive research, but in reality, you don't. Annie was very patient and explained every single thing I needed to know. We never felt as if our concerns did not matter. We had multiple offers and when we decided to sell our house to a young couple we stated that we did not wish to go into a bidding war, that our word to the buyer meant something.
